If you have a question about a product feature, process or bug, chances are you'll find the answer already in the product documents or frequently asked questions (FAQ) database here.  All the product features are fully documented.  If you have not checked out the Online User's Guide for the answer you are looking, perhaps it is good time to do it now.  

Most of the reported issues and frequently asked questions are archived in our Frequently Asked Questions database.  If you want to have a quicker turn-around on your issue, you may want to check out the database first before submitting it to us.

If you don't find the answer you want, you can submit a problem ticket to us.  Our customer service representatives will follow your issue. It is also good for sending us your comments or alerts us to errors found in our software or documentation.
