  Q: Does JaxCam support Win98 operating system?
   

A:

JaxCam works well in win98. However, you may need to download the font "Microsoft Sans Serif" and DirectX 8.1 (or higher) if your OS do not have them installed.  Please visit Microsoft's website to download them.

     
     
. Q: Why can't I record a video file for long hours?
   

A:

Windows OS supports up to 4.0 GB file size.  Once this maximum size has been reached, JaxCam will continue recording but it cannot write any more data to the same video file.  You are recommended to start a new recording session or use the program's Scheduler function to program multiple recording sessions.
     
     
. Q: Why do I see the black screen in JaxCam?
  A: There could be many different reasons.  First of all, check carefully that your camera has been turned on.  You can try to use third-party software to see if you see any video from the camera.  If you still do not see any video, contact the camera's manufacturer for technical support.
     
     
. Q: The software came with my camera works.  But JaxCam is still showing the black screen.  What should I do now?
  A: The chance is that your camera driver is not compliant with Microsoft's Video for Windows.  You may want to check with your camera vendor to confirm this.

  A: We do not take your credit card information and it will not be stored in our customer database.  When you have confirmed with your order, you will be re-directed to Paypal's web site for secured payment processing.  Since Paypal, an Ebay company, is the leading online payment provider, you can use their services with confidence.

  A: To save the cost and pass the saving to our customers, we do not ship boxed software. All of our software are available electronically.
