Why can't I record a video file for long hours? |

A: |
Windows OS supports up to 4.0 GB file size. Once
this maximum size has been reached, JaxCam will
continue recording but it cannot write any more data to
the same video file. You are recommended to start
a new recording session or use the program's Scheduler
function to program multiple recording sessions. |

Why do I see the black screen in JaxCam? |

There could be many different reasons. First of
all, check carefully that your camera has been turned
on. You can try to use third-party software to see
if you see any video from the camera. If you still
do not see any video, contact the camera's manufacturer
for technical support. |
